hey guys.. recently i came to know about this wonderful app called lgcamera...
its free from market and allows u to record in mp4 format and quality is way bettet than default camera app... try this and do share new apps...
In that in settings ,video settings,
set video resolution as 640x480 ,video
encoder h264 , video file format mpeg4 ,
bitrate 4 Mbit ,video framerates as 20 .
in audio settings , set audio source
microphone , audio encoder aac , sample
rate 44100 , bitrate 12800.. have fun..
