i recently asked LG India about gingerbread available for Indian optimus one phones. The reply was a bit disappointing.. here is what they said
" Dear Pankaj, There were some unforeseen delays in the upgrade of Optimus One Android 2.3. As per the latest communication received, the Optimus One Android 2.3 upgrade will be available by late August- early September 2011."
